Fiverr logo on completed orders

So our buyer just texted us saying that the edited video we made for him has a fiverr badge on top of it.
We are new on fiverr and have no idea how are we supposed to send him his order when that watermark stayes on top after downloading.

Your buyer obviously ignored a message on the bottom of the video.

That watermark will automatically disappear as soon as he marks order as a complete.
If it doesn’t he should reload the page and clean his cache.
If that didn’t help then he can reach out to support and report a bug.
