I logged onto my account via the app and I saw my response time which was 1 hour 20 mins ago now 16 hours. I always respond immediately to messages. I don’t know what happened. Please what can I do? jameswilson709 Posted April 6, 2020 Share Posted April 6, 2020 I’ve noticed that my response rate dropped from 100% to 90% without receiving any messages.Double check on the desktop website as I don’t think the app correctly gets all the information.
