Incorrect email contact

I just received an email from Fiverr that said, ‘We wanted to check in with you to see how your recently purchased Gig went’. Well I have not been on Fiverr in many, many months let alone purchased anything.

Since I am here, the biggest complaint I have against sellers is this.

Answer the questions asked by the buyer!!! I have asked question to sellers and all I receive is ‘place an order’. I will not place an order until my questions are answered. Read the message and answer the question. Do not assume, ask and clarify.

Apparently, reading the other topics fiverr is making some changes. I will check it out later. Currently I have no interest in learning about the new changes. Good Bye!
