Bad Experiences With So Called Logo Designers

This is the third logo re do i have contracted for. In each case the work was either done horribly or not

at all. They take your money and disappear. To Fiver’s credit they did refund my money without a big

hassle. Fiver will eventually loose their business if they fail to police these guys. While getting a refund is

great, think about the time lost playing around with these idiots. And then in the end you still don’t have

your logo. I guess the old saying is true “You Get What You Pay For”

I have to agreed with you. The only real problems I have had have been with logo designers.



They show amazing logos on the sales page and give a cheap clip art and text logo. I understand that it’s only 5 dollars but offer amazing logos of you can’t do it right.

Hi, I ordered a logo with a vendor “fragglesrock” that shows United States as its location. I was promised logo within two days while there are already 4 days passed and there is just no reply. Despite repeatedly asking for it, they are not replying. I asked Fiverr too but there is just no response. I think the recommendations showing on their profiles is a scam which their employees do with fake names. Extremely disappointed. I would be doubly conscious for ordering anything from Fiverr. It is an amazing website but what is the point if the value is not being delivered. I am okay with paying $25 instead of $5 but this is a sure way of destroying a brand!!!

There are a lot of great logo and graphic designers on Fiverr, but I would recommend having a look around the site, rather than going with the first person you see.



Have a look at their feedback from other customers, how many they’ve sold, their Live Portfolio. It’s up to you who you decide to go with. But if you’re unsure or in a rush I’d recommend going straight to a Top Rated Seller where there is less risk than with someone whose new to the site. It’ll probably cost you more, but as you said you’re happy to pay more



Don’t get me wrong, I choose to take the risk and buy a lot from new sellers, we all have to start somewhere right 🙂 and fortunately I’ve had nothing but good experiences, but that’s a risk I choose to take. There are some real gems who have yet to be discovered when it comes to new sellers 😉

Having used fivver for a little while now have to say the overall experience has been brilliant, although I have rarely stepped outside the Top Rated Sellers.

I have been looking for a new logo but having read many of the comments, adverse experiences seem to involve exactly that. The other thing I have noticed is the rapid increase in costs for anything other than the most basic logo so suddenly I’m a little wary.

Would like to hear about the positive experiences of others?
