Fiverr should at least notify buyers that the inbox issue is going on!

I know that Fiverr is resolving that inbox issue that we all are facing but because of that issue a lot of people including are having problems with their ongoing/active orders. At least Fiverr should notify buyers about the issue so that sellers can be saved from cancellations.
