How to effectively promote my gig and get my first order?

Hi,Woderfull family of fiverr.I am a new seller in Fiverr.I created my fiverr profile and 1st Gig
But couldn’t get any order yet.
So how can I get more buyer request and get my first order?

I’ll suggest first to improve portfolio images, it should be something well expressing your services with some ‘techy’ looks. Adding your own picture in portfolio might not be a good idea.
There are few other threads on fiverr forum relating to gig promotion and improvements, take your time and have a look on them.
My experience suggests:

1. Suitable Portfolio
2. Quality Service
3. Good Communication
4. Social media marketing
5. Buyer Requests
6. Building long term working relationship with clients
7. Learning from competitors & Continuous Improvements
   All these will result in getting first order and maintaining continuous flow .

For Fverr gig promote first you can social media choice twitter. Your twitter account first need grow by follow people than you share your gig by tweet and re-tweet in popular peoples tweet.
Your tweeter bio put your fiverr profile link.
Tweeter profile same to fiverr profile match need.
It is important to be active at all times.
Than you will get your first order.
