misscrystal Posted April 3, 2020 Share Posted April 3, 2020 I’ve only had that happen one time a while ago and I cancelled the order. The buyer kept saying things like ok so you said you would do this for my whole family, when I didn’t say that. I couldn’t continue under that circumstance with that buyer. I tried to clarify and explain to buyer a number of times to fully understand what they sought for in gig. Thought we had reached a mutual understanding of what the gig entails before advancing. olivierchen15 Posted February 24, 2022 Share Posted February 24, 2022 I'd highly suggest not blocking any users before he/she has already given you any ratings. I had a bad experience last year that a customer gave me all 1 stars after she've got my illustrations happily and satisfied. She's very sensitive and mean when you remind her about the legal issue and is very difficult to communicate with, so I blocked her - I didn't notice that she had spare the rating as a weapon if I refused to work with her again. So please be very careful. But luckily that is the only one bad reviews I've got on Fiverr - after some time, this rude comment died down and buried by many more positive reviews. So please don't be afraid of negative reviews. When tree grows into a very big one, you can't avoid having some kinds of bad birds. Let them in and out as they wish, they will disapear some time later when they noticed that you have a different engery that they are not able to deal with.
