The type of work that I do requires a support area. Between processing orders and answering support requests, my eyes are burning from their messaging system. To top things off, clients are getting upset because sometimes messages get lost in the threads(meaning I click the message and it immediately removes once it’s been read). It’s not like I have easy access to my inbox. I find myself searching for it daily to make sure that I didn’t miss answering a message for one of my clients.



For example, on Themeforest, theme authors sell their designs exclusively on themeforest per their agreements. However, they are allowed to have an offsite support area so that returning clients can submit help requests.



If you won’t allow this, could you please please update your inbox setup? It’s terrible. 😦
