I have contacted the support, i was on every information page and i asked here in forum…

BUT NOBODY CAN GIVE ME AN ANSWER…

Where is the rest of my money. Can somebody of you help me… Please don’t send me links to support pages. I know them all!

Theres a difference between funds cleared and order revenue.
Funds cleared is money from a completed order that has finished the 14 day clearing period.
Order revenue is when an order is placed.
The total you have for clearing is correct.

Fiverr takes 14 days after an order is complete to clear the funds. Till then they won’t appear in your balance. Not great at maths but I think it’s correct?!

You summed all revenues and funds cleared and got 652. You can’t sum order revenue and funds cleared as both could be same order. For example, you have order revenue $28 and 14 days later you have funds cleared $28. That is same order.

What you need to add up is FUNDS CLEARED. Don’t add everything in that column up like that.

All you are getting is funds cleared. That’s how it works.
