Fiverr chat is so buggy

The Fiverr chat is so buggy - it makes me not to want use fiverr for future projects.

• on chrome it does not show new messages
• files sometimes get destroyed, showing only 50% of the image
• history is hidden by default, makes hard to find reverences
• each message takes away to much space
• unable to delete messages

Not sure what do you mean that it’s hidden :thinking: I can see all my history if I just scroll it up

Never ever I had that problem in many years using fiver

That is made on purpose so if there is a dispute fiverr could look into that and people wouldn’t be able to fake it with deleting messages

That is true. It’s a long known problem. Sometimes they do appear like in chat but sometimes you have to reload the page.

Not to mention the constant “please see attached” with no attachment to follow. Happens on a weekly basis to me.

I am using newest Chrome Version, maybe it is browser specific - all of this happens to me all the time.

you have to click to see older messages…

most annoying bug is

I have to refresh for every new message
