Gigs status point of concern

Hello guys!

I’ve just received an message with an order from someone and when I access the gig status the number of views/ clicks and everything is 0. How is possible to receive a message from someone about your gig offer and to do not have any above features.

If there’s no mention of one of your gigs in the message, it’s probably spam. New sellers are often targeted.

As for the stats, they aren’t updated ‘live’, though I don’t know the refresh rate.

Which gig did they reference? The PowerPoint gig, or the infographics gig?
