Level 1 Seller requirements

Hi everyone,
hope that you all are doing well.
I wants to ask that, in how much days we receive level 1 seller badge after completing the requirements for level 1 seller. I have completed all the requirements so why i am not selected for level 1 seller.
Response rate and order completion and other requirements are more than 90%.
so Can I get level 1 seller badge.?
