Can i close my account to open a new one

I opened my account since 2018 but I didn’t use it.
I want to start again but offering a different service entirely. So, I want to close this account and open another one but with the same email address.

How do I go about this?

You can offer a different service using your existing account.

My suggestion is dont delete your old account.
2018 account means you are expert like 2 years from now.
Year is showing in every user. So its important.
You can delete your gig and create new one.

Hi. You can contact and ask CS to reactivate your old account and mention the reason as you want to change your username.

Once reactive you can change your email address and deactivate. Now, you can use your old email address to open a new account with your desired username.

Make sure you inform CS your intentions and request to delete your old account permanently.
