Is it possible that order can be cancel after 7 days of delievery?

Hi Friends, I delivered one of my order on 19th Jan, 2014 and today (27th Jan, 2014) I got a message that there is a dispute with your order and we are forced to cancel it. Even, that client profile is no longer available on Fiverr. Do you think is it possible?

Same Problem for me also. Even i update 72 hours Replacement Guarantee. Past 20 Days back i deliver the Order. today i received one message on Fiverr. your buyer dispute the fund, Now how to solve the Problem. Anyone Kindly suggest how to resolve the problem
