Hello people,

I hope you all are doing well at this specific time.
Today when I withdraw my march income, I encountered a strange situation.
I am based in France, so my balance is in Euro.
My account balance shows that I have 3856.78Euro I can withdraw.
but when I bring out this money to my PayPal, the number has changed on Fiverr site into 3545.58, I thought that was the withdrawn limit, so I transferred this amount anyway. When I want to transfer the rest 300 euro again, the balance in my fiverr account becomes 0 euro.

I am wondering if there is anyone had a similar situation? and if anyone knows why it is like this?

Kind Regards,
Qianwen zhang

Hi iangeker,

I have the same problem. This has to do with other conversion methods.

That means: The € next to your profile picture is not meaningful.
It is only converted when transferring.
I always leave the $ there.

I save myself the annoyance that shouldn’t be.

Best Regards, Toni

Thanks for shed a light on me, 🙏 but also I checked the exchange rate before withdrawn. The amount is still too much off. And when I review my overall balance. see that there is $500 difference between my net income and withdrawn money. May I ask the number of your net income and withdrawn, are they the same amount or not?

I withdraw the money in USD and it arrives in USD on my PayPal account. There it will be transferred to my bank account in Euro. So I have the least loss
