Is the request to extend the delivery affect the ranking of gig?

My gig is showing on second page according to my keyword, but when i request to my buyer to extend the delivery time, when he accept my gig is not showing even first 10 pages. please can some one guide me?

No one knows the algorithm, so maybe yes, but also maybe no and it’s something unrelated to that.
