Why is verification code not reaching out to my phone number?

Fiverrs! Hope everything is going well.

I want to withdraw. It’s my first withdraw, I want to withdraw to my bank account via payoneer from fiverr. I want to create payoneer account from fiverr. But when I am clicking on the Bank Transfer, verification code is not coming to my mobile phone. Why?

How can I solve the issue?
