File upload preview/delivery issues

Is anyone else experiencing file upload issues on deliveries?

Previews of video files don’t seem to be working.

I just delivered an order , but it is not showing exact preview for portfolio image it is showing an video editing image, i dont know why…

I tried downloading the delivered file to my phone and then my laptop. It works fine but there seems to be a preview glitch now.

Same here, nothing have preview. Sent ticket, hope they will solve it soon.

I’ve noticed an increased burden on the bandwidth. Maybe that’s contributing to the issue?

Just tried to deliver another video order. Same results.

No preview but the download works fine.

Looks like this was resolved. I’m seeing previews are back
