Is anyone experiencing any payout issues?

I am trying to payout my available funds and both, paypal as well as bank transfer, are faded out - not clickable. Upon hover it says payout in process for both, paypal and bank transfer. Does anyone know what’s going on?

Yes I had the same problem the other day and I contacted support and they sorted the issue, however it’s exactly the same again today (2 days since my last payout when I had the problem before) very odd, hope they sort this soon…

I contacted support and they fixed it for me. I could now successfully payout my funds. Just contact support directly and they will help you.
