I work on ebooks, which usually go smoothly. Now a client simply needs his book on Amazon changed. He wants me to give my email so he can gift the book to me. Else, to do the work I would have to buy the book. What do I do ?

I don’t see why the author needs to gift the book to you. Surely he has a copy of it on his computer that he can send through or can download it himself without paying and send it through the Fiverr system. Unless I’m really missing the type of gig you offer, an email address or you purchasing it are not the only options here.

Yeah that’s what I thought, he could get it, even if he deleted it from his computer.

He can just attached in an order message; don’t let them fool you and get you in deep trouble by providing your personal contact information. If he says he can’t do it, he’s lying.



You can attach a Kindle formatted eBook via Fiverr message system, and when you open it up on your end it will open up on your Kindle app. I’ve done it, and many sellers have provided their eBooks to me for work purposes.
