Not able to withdraw my earnings!

Hi I tried to withdraw my earnings and I’m not able to do that both PayPal and Bank transfer buttons are disabled and I get a message sayings “Withdrawal in progress”. What could be the reason? Thanks in advance.

There have been a few messages lately about this like yours where others have had this happen. Please contact support so they can help you with this. It sounds like a bug.
