if any buyer place order but didn’t send any info … and time will over . then will i have to do ?

Timeline not starts until buyer send requirements or you select that you received all requirements you need to start work. Anyhow if buyer placed order and not sent you requirements for months you can contact to fiverr help center to cancel the order.
