Don't know how to give star & review

My client is new in fiverr & I am also new in fiverr …my client ask me how to give star & write a review…I also don’t know how to give star & review for buyer. Can anyone help me?

They need to mark the project complete on the order page, then the “give a tip” screen will pop up. Their choice is to either give a tip or skip. After that, the review screen. Easy peasy.
