About buyer refund

Hi,
I am new at fiverr and i have completed a order today.client give 5 star feedback.My dollars on pending clearence.
I want to know that the buyer can refund now? Or can cancel the order? And can l lose my dollar from pending clearence?

If the buyer is unsatisfied, they can contact Fiverr customer support and request a cancellation. Or, they can click the cancellation button on their end and you would have to approve it.

Why are you asking? It seems you are expecting them to do this?

i dont hope that.I just want to that after delivering order, buyer can cancel or not and if yes,then within how much days?

I have read in the forums of people being able to cancel months later.

Don’t focus on that. If you did a good job and the client was happy, move forward.
