Remember the client responds their feelings not your desires. The feedback explains tat one design didn’t please them. But overall they were happy. They could have given 3 stars.

If you’re eligible to respond to buyer requests then it’s totally fine, If not then it’s an issue and you need to get it to 4.7 somehow.

4 stars itself is good the statement maters more but when you have a total rating bellow 4.7 then you need to do something, I have seen buyers leave happy and understand more when you deliver fast.
