Who provides the copyrighted images

Hi, i am just planning of becoming a banner add seller, just trying to understand Fiverr as an opportunity for a small income. My question is: If i design a good banner add i might need to buy a good quality image from any stock photo site. Who pays for the picture? How is that profitable when those high quality pictures are so expensive?

You have to include ‘cost of goods sold’ into the price of the good you’re selling. (It depends if the client provides the image or you need to gather all the materials.)

You should probably do some research into business-operation basics. Fiverr can be good supplemental income, but it can ruin people who dive in with no plan.
