Cancellation rate going down

Hope you are doing well…i have a question
Did cancellation rate effect the gig ranking??
And one more thing my cancellation rate is going down without any canceled order as in past i have some canceled orders but after that i have complete alot of orders but the rate is going down what can i do to set my cancellation rate…
