Recently Removed Payooner, Want to Attach New

Hello !

I have recently removed my payooner from my fiverr. Now, I would like to attach new pyooner with my fiverr, but fiverr is saying " We identified an issue with your application and cannot process it at this time. Please contact Customer Support.".

Could you please anyone guide me , what’s going on, why Fiverr is saying this?

i am facing problem of attachment with fiver, i want to remove my attachment with payooner for new payooner account. and from payooner saud that you have no funding source.
what should I do now?
