I send offers but yet I don't get sales

Hello everyone,
Pls for the sake of new sellers that bearly get ordered in this market place. Let’s make contributions on how they can be successful as many of us here are. I introduced my friend into Fiverr and for the past 4month he has not made any selles having created the complete seven gigs, I don’t know what to tell him again thats why am here.
