scottcorwin
Rarely do I leave a sale feeling like I got the price right. More often I realize I’ve averaged something close to $8/hr, and that includes when I’m using VBA. I figure that I’ll get better at estimating as I begin to notice gig patterns, but in the meantime I’d love some advice from those who’ve been working with Excel or similar tools.
misscrystal
In general and without knowing anything about your category, price yourself low as possible if you are new and if you begin to get some really difficult clients try gradually raising the prices to find that balance between attracting clients but not the very cheapest ones. After you have enough reviews to present yourself well, then you can raise your prices to a more realistic number.
