Keep Denying My Gig Due to "Non Original Images"

Hello, I recently deactivated my account to change my name, which I already had a gig on with examples of my previous artwork. On my new account, I use the same image examples but my gig gets denied every time because the artwork is “not original” even though I am the one that made it. I thought deactivating an account would make it so I can copy paste that gig onto another account. Can someone help me so I can use the examples and not get my gig denied.

The same thing happened to a friend of mine with her profile picture. She quit Fiverr and then rejoined months later with a differnt name. She ended up having to get a new profile picture.
