Payment issue with the buyer

I am working on Fiverr since Jul 2017. I am always trying my best to satisfy my client and try to make them satisfy with Fiverr system. I had a great experienced with Fiverr since I am working. But recently I got a client I have completed her job very nicely. He accepted my delivery with pleased put 5 star review and also given me some tips. After 2 month’s I got a message…

Your order with (client name) was canceled due to a dispute initiated by the buyer and/or their issuing bank. The funds from this order were automatically returned to the buyer. that the order is cancelled by mutually. I don’t know what’s is my fault. So, What can I do now? Please help me. Thanks
