Suddenly I stopped receiving messages

Hi there Fiverr community.
I just want to make a quick question, I suddenly stopped receiving any purchase from buyers and messages from my previous sent offers on Buyer Requests.
I was a LEVEL 2 until two cancellations on January when I was demoed to NO LEVEL.
On February 14th I earn LEVEL 1 but since this date I stopped receiving messages and orders.
Could it be a bug or something?

Thanks!! That’s a good advice! But I also want to know and I’m not blaming anyone, if this could have to do with a bug. I had a few bugs in the past on Fiverr like orders that can’t be closed, or even the messages window wasn’t working on an opportunity. I want to be sure my offers messages are getting to destination aswell…
