About custom order request

Hello Everyone,
Yesterday i got custom order request from buyer for converting 126 jpg file to excel. He stated 3 day time and 30 dollar. I respond to that i will do it $25 in 3 day. After that he cancelled my offer stating that i mention about 126 images not 1 imgaes. Can you tell how many days it will take and how much price should be for it? I dont understand what buyer want? i am new to fiverr.so i am confused
