When creating a custom offer, seconds included is actually minutes

I do a video editing gig (link here) where I offer a promo video/advertisement video edited. Recently a buyer contacted me and after a few messages, I gave them an offer. When I was creating the offer, there was a section called “length in seconds” indicating the running time of the video in seconds. The buyer wanted a one minute video so I inputted “60” into the box. When I submitted the offer, in the “your offer includes” section, it said: “up to 60 minutes running time”. This confuses me as I have been back and checked that I inputted the info correctly and I have. Is this a bug or deliberate somehow?
