Well, a lot of whether you charge for revisions or not when you don’t offer them as part of the gig depends on customer service, how long it will take, and … whisper it! … whether the buyer is nice or not.

Hmm. I’ve no input on this, but I can suggest for future potential that you add a gig extra for extra names (for the basic only).

Your gig descriptions need to clearly differentiate what perks are part of which package. As it is written now, It’s not easily apparent that ‘basic’ doesn’t include everything on that list.
