Make the site more user friendly

How do I order a gig if there is NO big green button??? If the seller has made an offer, and I ask him/her a question after the offer is posted, it doesn’t show up and I don’t know how to start the process… help!!

In the emails from people offering a service, it would pay to put the ‘offer’ button on the top right hand corner, so that with every question answered we as a purchaser are not held up by this hard site to use.
