About negative Rating

Hi,
Can anybody guide me .when will my rating goes to positive after getting just one bad review about month ago .and beyond this review i get almost 15 positive reviews but my rating is still bad because of that one order.
How my rating improves i already face severe problems from this review .Now i want to increase my rating and i did effort but this mechanism of fiverr is out of mind . 😟

It’s an average ratio of all orders that you completed in last 90 days.
