I ordered a simple excel spread sheet that claimed delivery in 24 hours. It’s now almost 48 hours & all I get is “Thanks for your money” - No spread sheet. - Anybody else getting stiffed? - Lets hear about it.

If you go to the order tab you should see it’s late.

Given that you should write the seller to understand what’s happening, if you’re not satisfied you can cancel the order and get your money back into your Fiverr account.



As a seller I want you to understand that the cancellation should be the last option… but it’s your right to use it when a seller is not respecting the agreement you had with him.

in this case my point is you must immediately reject the thing and better go for a another seller OR try to get it done from low level seller there are all ways willing do the best, because of their have a achievement of become a level 1 person

I’ve had problems like this a few times. But it’s been from my side. When I’ve attached the delivery it doesn’t take for some reason and all the client gets is a message from me and no attachment. I’d suggest you notify them that you didn’t get the delivery and ask them to reattach (via message or update). If they don’t respond or refuse to provide you with the delivery, it’s well within your rights to ask for a cancellation. Failing that, you should speak to Fiverr support.

Notify them that it is late. Do not get straight to a cancellation. Something may be up 🙂 Remember, cancellations affect sellers quite negatively (not only do we get a cancellation, but a negative mark on our account). If he is late then nudge him. If you get no response within 24 hours then cancel.

Wow, that's the response you got from a seller? That's seriously unprofessional. If they didn't delivery what they advertised hit the "request modification" button then leave it on them to delivery the work you purchased. If they try to cancel the order decline, and leave a negative review as they failed to deliver what you purchased. Sorry to hear about that this bad luck, 99% of the seller's here do not act or speak that way towards buyers.
