Account Verification Issues

Hello everyone,
I need your advise on what to do .
I got a notification yesterday evening from Fiverr asking me to verify my ID CARD which I did
However, I noticed whenever I upload the ID CARD picture to the Fiverr verification page, it turns blur. After 3 attempts, I got a message saying my account has been restricted.
I have contacted Customer care but haven’t gotten a reply from them. Pls help me. I’m seriously restless , bothered and confused .

I got this;
Sorry, we weren’t able to verify your identity after multiple attempts. Therefore, your account has been restricted. You are still able to complete your active orders but cannot place or receive new ones. Please note, you can only communicate with your buyers with whom you have an active order.
