Buyer did not submit requirements from last 2 days

I got new order via Custom Offer we discuss every thinks, He accept an order but not submit requirements. The buyer was seller, Also, text him several times. no response.

This seems to come up quite a bit - buyer makes an order … and then disappears for some reason without filling in the requirements.

Maybe they forgot, don’t work at weekends, something came up … or some other thing.

Fiverr will send them reminders for a while. But, as long as the requirements are mandatory, the clock won’t start ticking, so no effect on your delivery rate.

Just leave it for now - focus on your next order, if you have one …
