Eligibility for Customer Success program

Hey Forum!
I hope everyone is doing good here. My name is Parshant Rajput and I am a level one seller on fiverr. I’ll get my level 2 badge next month. I was just going through the benefits of level 2 but I got some questions, would anyone here clear my thoughts??

What does these 2 statements mean?

• Eligibility to be featured at promotional listings
• Eligibility for Customer Success program

The first one means that Fiverr may include you in some of the promotions.

The second one refers to the Success program where you are assigned a dedicated Success Manager who helps you improve as a seller.

Though I am not 100% sure they add people to that program anymore.

I think I need little more information regarding the success manager!

Well there’s no point in relaying more info if it’s a program no longer accepting sellers, maybe a quick message to CS will get you an official answer.
