Something isn't right since two weeks

Hi there, need a help from pros,

I am a level 2 seller on fiverr and I am not getting any impression since last two weeks, I don’t see my gigs on the search results and already checked the status and they are active.

also I have made a ticket to the customer support they said they all are in search results but I am getting too low impressions.

anyone knows what’s going on here ? 😦 I am totally disappointing
