Fiver and 1099 Misc. Form

Does fiver send out 1099 Misc. forms to sellers? I’ve come across posts mentioning sellers that are between the $600 and $20,000 threshold only need to list their pay from the site as “other” or “Schedule C”. Though I haven’t come across anything concrete about 1099 Misc forms.

Also, does Payoneer send out any sort of 1099 forms? It’s where I’ve had my pay transferred to first once I receive pay on Fiverr (and then sent to my regular bank account last)
