Product description before payment

I recently purchased two gigs and on both orders that I placed it was not until I had payment that the entire product description was revealed. This turned.out to be a nightmare with one if the sellers trying to blackmale me to remove negative feedback or he would download the app I have on Google play and.give it one star rating…and that I had 12 hours to do what he demanded or he would start making mybapp look bad by giving it false negative ratings. All this would have been avoided if his product stated he only rated free apps

That is not my experience,the entire truth only came after payment was made. I am somewhat astute with online transactions,so im quite sure what happened was not because I missed the description. Thanks for your response
