Activating fiverr bank transfer and revenue card on my payoneer account

Please is it possible for me to activate both bank transfer and fiverr revenue card on my payoneer account…? I got the revenue card activated but now i want to make use of the bank transfer withdrawal method… Is it possible for me to do this?
