Someone Just placed an order on my gig and he is not responding which should be done in a situation like this. 🙂

1.Hide customers name, its not allowed to show.
2.Reminder has been sent, so wait for it, you can be in different timezones, and people sleep.
3. If after couple of days he still don’t respond contact fiverr customer support trough resolution center.

Hey,
I am sadly saying that before some days I had faced this kind of situation. I don’t know what he filled in requirements. just because of him my profile went low. after that i talked with CS they just cancel the order.
After that i got Warning from FIverr. I think you should do wait for the requirements.
