markadamsdesign
I’ve exceeded all the requirements for Level One, so I’m anticipating leveling up at the next evaluation. That being the case, I want to start pricing so that I feel I’m actually earning something from all the work I have to do for my gig. A typical Premium package, without rushing, takes me 60-90 hours to complete and I’m only charging $135 now, putting me at a whopping $1.50-$2.25/hour.I’m considering $295 for my premium gig. Is that too big of a price hike? Does fiverr look down on price jumping like that? Looking at my gig, does it seem worth that much to an outsider?I’m just unsure how to price myself. The thing is, it’s difficult to compare what the market value is for my gig, as it’s a pretty niche market. Not many people need constructed languages like they do ghostwriters or animators. If you’ve got any suggestions, I’d be happy to hear them! https://www.fiverr.com/markadamsdesign/create-a-language-for-your-book-or-fantasy-world
umarmajeed
Don’t have much experience about this but I would say gradually increase the price for now just add $50-75 and check the iser behavior. It doesn’t mean how much work you put on that. It’s about how you present to your client.
