Problem With The Rating!

Hi I am facing a problem! one buyer has given me negative feedback! I have given him cancel request and he accept it!



But still showing my rating is low and still his feedback is showing in my gig! So how can i solve it? Please help me…

Contact Customer Service. If it was a mutual cancellation as you say, the feedback should have been removed. Sounds as if there was a glitch. As an “unleveled” seller. Your cancellation rate may still effect the placement of your gig and your ability to level.
