Hi @mdashikar,

Here, please take your time to read this thread. You’ll find it useful.

This will be the last topic of the series. Thanks to everyone for having had me patience and, most of all, having taken the time to share your thoughts with me. Shortly, it is: number of completed orders/number of cancelled orders DURING A PERIOD OF THE LAST 60 day.

This completion rate cost me a lot the last three months. almost no orders coming in, my freshly earned Level 1 was degraded to seller (After two months have gone I expect to earn back my level 1 on the 15th, finally). The gig for which I had a nice amount of orders in the beginning (6 months ago) is still having troubles now. it is still rating very low. I had only that gig when I’ve started.

I would advice to absolutely avoid order completion rate degradation when:

  • you dont have a high amount of gigs coming in regularly
  • if it directly degrades your rate bellow 90% (in that case you haven’t had a lot of gigs coming in regularly, I guess)
